# P - Prajapati Daksa (4-6)

*Prajapati Daksa, entrusted as a progenitor of mankind, angrily cursed Narada Muni for convincing thousands of his sons (the Haryasvas and Savalasvas) to avoid entering family life. He felt that the itinerant sage had done a great disservice by ushering them into renunciation at such a young age. Daksa was later relieved, however, with the birth of sixty daughters who helped fulfill his task of populating the universe.*
