G – God’s Gotra (17-24)

Lord Krishna, the Supreme Lord, God from Goloka, appeared in the Soma Dynasty (gotra). Although the Lord is unborn, He lovingly appears in the family of His devotees, who aspire to serve Him in a variety of relationships. Famous kings that preceded Him include Dhanvantari, Yayati and Yadu. There was also Puru, the powerful Bharata, Rantideva, Bhismadeva and the Pandavas.
